Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers and handle inbound inquiries professionally.

Clearly communicate service offerings and value propositions to generate interest.

Build rapport with clients, listen actively, and identify their needs.

Convert leads to successful sales while meeting or exceeding daily targets.

Collaborating with team leads to improve processes and achieve team goals.

Requirements:

Enthusiasm & Passion for Sales

Punctuality & Commitment to Shift Hours

Ability to Work Night Shift (Compulsory)

Basic English Speaking & Strong Listening Skills

Basic Computer Skills for documentation & communication

Preferred Qualifications:

High School Diploma or Higher Education (Ongoing/Completed)

Previous call center experience (3+ months) is a plus, but not mandatory

Friendly, professional, and energetic
