This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Representative at a2zconsultants, located in Islamabad. The Sales Representative will be responsible for generating leads, meeting sales targets, maintaining client relationships, and conducting market research. The role involves daily interaction with both potential and existing clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. The Sales Representative will also prepare sales reports and collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills
  • Experience in Sales, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), and Business Development
  • Ability to conduct Market Research and analyze data
  • Proficiency in using Sales Software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Understanding of Marketing and Sales strategies
  • Excellent Negotiation and Persuasion skills
  • Strong Organizational and Time Management abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
