Job Description:

As an Sales Trainee, you will be responsible for understanding the real estate landscape and selling property units, visiting clients, understanding client requirements, and giving demonstrations while ensuring that deals are closed. While communicating effectively with customers, you will act as the face of the company to ensure each customer has a positive experience at Zameen.com by providing a simple and seamless process.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Understanding clients' requirements regarding their interest in real estate investment.
  2. Develop understanding of the real estate landscape.
  3. Carry out client profiling to sell the product that fits one's demands.
  4. Ensure that clients are thoroughly briefed about relevant property units.
  5. Ensure that clients are given demonstrations, carry out site visits, and timely closure of deals.
  6. Follow up with clients to understand evolving changes in requirements.
  7. Maintain good relationships with clients to develop future pipeline.

Requirements:

  1. Education to degree level or equivalent practical experience.
  2. Passionate about sales. The ideal candidate will have commitment and focus on excellence and customer service, and a strong alignment with our core values.
  3. Fresh Graduates to 1 year of experience.
