We are a reputable accounting firm providing comprehensive financial services to a diverse client base. We're looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our team with tax preparation, bookkeeping, payroll, client communications, data management, and business marketing efforts. If you're highly organized and eager to contribute to a dynamic firm, we'd love to hear from you

Assist in the preparation of personal and corporate tax returns, ensuring accuracy and timely submission

Process payroll, including wage calculations, deductions, and statutory compliance

Maintain and update client financial records using accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks)

Organize and manage digital client files for easy access and accuracy

Handle client communications: calls, emails, appointment scheduling, and relationship management

Support business marketing activities (social media, newsletters, website updates, promotions)

Draft tax documents, financial statements, and correspondence with attention to detail

Provide general administrative and office support

Perform data entry and ensure accurate financial record-keeping

What We're Looking For:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Marketing, or a related field.

Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of QuickBooks or similar accounting software.

Communication: Strong English proficiency (written & verbal) with a professional demeanor.

Soft Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to multitask, and a proactive mindset.

Work Style: Ability to work independently & collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
