Job Description:

Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and manage the finance department, providing guidance and support to the finance team.
  2. Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  3. Develop and implement financial strategies, policies, and controls to support business growth.
  4. Monitor financial performance and KPIs, providing detailed reports and recommendations to senior management.
  5. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain accurate financial records.
  6. Conduct financial analysis and risk assessments to inform business decisions.
  7. Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective financial planning and resource allocation.
  8. Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including auditors, financial institutions, and investors.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA or CPA preferred).
  2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a finance leadership role.
  3. Strong understanding of financial regulations, accounting principles, and financial modeling.
  4. Proven ability to manage and lead a finance team effectively.
  5. Well organized with good verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.

Working Hours: Monday to Saturday 10 am to 7 pm

Location: Korangi Karachi
