Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Sales Officer (Guest Relations) role located in Rawalpindi. The Sales Officer will be responsible for customer service, lead generation, communication, sales operations, and channel sales on a day-to-day basis.

Qualifications

  • Customer Service and Communication skills
  • Sales Operations and Channel Sales skills
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in the sales industry
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field

Fluency in English required; proficiency in additional languages is an asset.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide warm and personalized welcomes to all guests.
  • Ensure that all guest requests and complaints are handled promptly and efficiently.
  • Research and identify potential customers, and pursue new sales opportunities to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to drive sales growth and customer loyalty.
  • Deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations to customers and prospects to showcase products or services.
  • Negotiate prices, terms, and conditions with customers, and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Offer personalized recommendations for guests.
  • Maintain effective communication with all guests, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Respond promptly to all guest inquiries and requests.
  • Communicate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Resolve guest complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Identify and address potential problems before they escalate.
  • Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and preferences.
  • Update guest information and preferences in the company's database.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance knowledge and skills.
