Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Microsoft Dynamics Consultant located in Lahore. The Microsoft Dynamics Consultant will be responsible for implementing and configuring Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions for clients, analyzing business processes, consulting with clients to understand their needs, and providing support throughout the project lifecycle. The consultant will also ensure ERP and CRM systems are optimized to enhance business operations and drive growth.

Qualifications

  • Analytical Skills and Business Process understanding
  • Experience in Consulting and Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
  • Proficiency in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, specifically Microsoft Dynamics 365
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven track record in managing implementation projects
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field
  • Certifications in Microsoft Dynamics 365 or related technologies are a plus
