We're Hiring – Customer Service Agents & Tele Sales Executives
Location:F7, Islamabad
Employment Type:Full-time
Minimum Education:Graduation (Bachelor's Degree Required)
Experience:Fresh candidates may apply, but preference will be given to those with experience infinancial services (banking, insurance, fintech, etc.).
Key Responsibilities:Customer Service Agents:
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
- Resolve complaints, provide product/service information, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM system.
Tele Sales Executives:
- Proactively reach out to potential clients to promote products/services.
- Achieve sales targets through persuasive communication and relationship-building.
- Follow up on leads and convert them into sales.
- Excellent communication skills(Urdu & English).
- Graduation is mandatory; additional certifications are a plus.
- Prior experience incustomer service, telesales, or financial servicespreferred.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
