Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Assist the manager in day-to-day operations, coordination, and planning.
  2. Prepare and manage documents related to import and export activities.
  3. Monitor shipments, track orders, and ensure timely deliveries.
  4. Collaborate with various departments to streamline processes and ensure efficient operations.
  5. Communicate effectively with suppliers, clients, and stakeholders.
  6. Perform data analysis and generate reports to support decision-making.

  8. Participate in team meetings and contribute innovative ideas to enhance company performance.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  2. Extensive knowledge of import and export procedures and regulations.
  3. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
