Position Overview

As a Customer Acquisitions Expert (Tier I), you'll be responsible for initiating outbound contact with prospective customers in North America. Your goal is to identify interest, communicate value, and convert leads into active customers. This role is ideal for candidates looking to start or grow a career in international sales and retention.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Conduct outbound calls to targeted individuals across North America.
  2. Deliver compelling presentations of product and service offerings.
  3. Build rapport and qualify prospects based on predefined criteria.
  4. Maintain accurate and timely CRM documentation for each interaction.
  5. Manage objections professionally and follow internal escalation procedures.
  6. Consistently meet and exceed acquisition targets and quality benchmarks.
  7. Stay up-to-date with ongoing promotions, sales techniques, and product updates.
Who We're Looking For
  • Exceptional spoken English with confident verbal communication.
  • Ability to engage and persuade customers over the phone.
  • Experience with CRM platforms or outbound sales campaigns is a plus.

Shift & Schedule

Working Hours: 11:00 PM – 8:00 AM (Pakistan Standard Time), Monday to Saturday
