Responsibilities:

  • Deliver excellent customer service by efficiently handling inbound and outbound sales calls.
  • Engage with customers and use persuasive communication to retain their orders.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints via phone, email, live chat, or social media channels.
  • Support order placements, process refunds or exchanges, and respond to tickets professionally.
  • Utilize CRM systems effectively to manage customer information and interactions.
  • Warmly greet customers, actively listen, and identify their needs to provide the best possible solutions.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in English with strong grammar and effective typing skills.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Sales Closer preferably in an international call center.
  • Proven customer service skills, with a talent for handling sales and fostering positive customer relations.
  • Competitive, positive, and ambitious with a forward-thinking mindset.
  • Monthly uncapped commissions

Experience:

  • Sales and Customer Service: 1 year (Required)
