Job Description: Creative Graphic Designer

Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with the marketing team to create visually appealing designs for various online platforms, including websites, social media, and digital advertisements
  2. Develop creative concepts and design layouts that align with the brand's identity and objectives
  3. Create and optimize graphics, illustrations, and other visual elements to enhance user experiences
  4. Work with a variety of design software and tools to produce high-quality designs within deadlines
  5. Stay up-to-date with design trends and industry developments to continually enhance design processes and outcomes
  6. Seek feedback from clients and team members to refine designs and ensure they meet the desired requirements
  7. Proactively contribute to brainstorming sessions and offer creative ideas to improve design projects
Job Specification
  1. Proven work experience as a Graphic Designer with a minimum of 2 years of experience
  2. Expertise in using design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and InDesign
  3. Strong portfolio showcasing creative and visually appealing designs across various platforms
  4. Proficient in creating graphics for web and social media platforms
  5. Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory
  6. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team
  7. Strong communication skills to effectively present and explain design concepts
  8. Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
