Graphic Designer & Social Media Coordinator

We are seeking a creative and talented individual to join our team as a Social Media Coordinator & Graphic Designer. In this role, you will be responsible for creating engaging visual content for our social media platforms, as well as assisting with graphic design projects across various channels.

Responsibilities:
Develop visually compelling graphics and illustrations for use on social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.
Create and maintain a consistent brand image across all social media channels.
Design eye-catching social media posts, including images, infographics, GIFs, and videos, that resonate with our target audience.
Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm ideas for social media campaigns and promotions.
Stay up to date with current design trends and best practices for social media platforms.
Assist with graphic design projects for print materials, presentations, website assets, and other marketing collateral as needed.
Work closely with copywriters and content creators to ensure visual assets align with brand messaging and tone.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Provide creative input and contribute ideas to enhance the overall visual appeal of our brand.

Job Specification

Ideal Candidate Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience working as a social media designer or graphic designer, preferably in a marketing or advertising agency.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other graphic design software.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective design requirements.
  • Excellent eye for detail and ability to produce high-quality, pixel-perfect designs.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A portfolio showcasing your graphic design and social media work.
