Senior Software Engineer/Lead Developer (WordPress)

Qualifications: BS in CS or a related field from a reputed university.

Company: TEKNOFLAIR is seeking an energetic individual with experience in WordPress back-end development. The ideal candidate can work independently, handle multiple projects, and communicate directly with clients to meet requirements and set goals.

This position offers an excellent opportunity to advance beyond basic web development, enhancing project management skills and technical abilities.

Note: This role is not suitable for junior or less experienced developers. Extensive WordPress and backend development experience is mandatory.

Job Responsibilities:
  • 3-4+ years of experience in WordPress back-end development.
  • Strong knowledge of PHP frameworks, especially WordPress and Laravel.
  • Experience building WordPress websites from scratch and enhancing existing sites.
  • Ability to research and solve complex user requirements.
  • Deliver high-quality code within deadlines.
  • Maintain and manage client websites responsibly.
  • Create and customize WordPress themes and plugins.
  • Optimize websites for speed and security.
  • Manage Linux servers on AWS/Google Cloud and set up testing/production environments.

Location: Information Technology and Services, Karachi, Pakistan.
