Job Title: Business Development, Upwork, Sales Specialist

Experienced Upwork Closer & Team Leader

Required Skills:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a high-performing closer on Upwork & related platforms
  • Strong understanding of CMS development processes (WordPress, Shopify, WIX, WebFlow)
  • Strong understanding of UX/UI design processes
  • Knowledge of mobile applications sales, custom software, and desktop applications is a plus
  • Ability to train, manage, and lead a team of business development executives
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Understanding of sales processes and projections
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and lead business development agents
  • Build a solid sales pipeline and achieve monthly targets
  • Drive sales growth for web design, development services, and UI/UX
  • Build and nurture relationships with global clients
  • Communicate effectively with clients regarding web design and development concepts
  • Showcase knowledge of mobile app development trends and technologies
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets through motivation and proven track record
  • Manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Salary and Benefits:
