As a Sales Executive at [Travel Agency Name], you will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our travel services by building relationships with clients, understanding their travel needs, and providing tailored solutions. Key Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition: Identify and target potential clients through various channels, including referrals, networking events, and online platforms. Develop and execute strategies to convert leads into sales.
Consultation and Sales: Engage with clients to understand their travel preferences, budget, and requirements. Recommend suitable travel packages, accommodations, and services that align with their needs.
Account Management: Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and client satisfaction. Address any issues or concerns promptly and professionally.
Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the latest travel trends, destination information, and promotional offers. Provide clients with accurate and relevant information to enhance their travel experience.
Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies as needed to meet objectives.
Administrative Tasks: Prepare and process travel bookings, handle documentation, and ensure all transactions are completed accurately. Maintain organized records of client interactions and sales activities.
Customer Service: Provide exceptional post-sales support, including handling inquiries, managing changes to bookings, and resolving any issues that arise before, during, or after travel.
Collaboration: Work closely with other team members and departments to ensure a cohesive approach to client service and business development.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field preferred.
Experience: Proven experience in sales or a customer-facing role, ideally within the travel industry. Experience with travel booking systems and CRM software is a plus.
Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to build rapport with clients and effectively address their needs. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Knowledge: Understanding of travel industry trends, destinations, and products. Familiarity with travel regulations and documentation.
