TechPartner is seeking a skilled Senior Full-Stack Developer with expertise in Python and React to join our development team. This is a hybrid role requiring part-time on-site presence in Bahria Town, Lahore, along with the flexibility to work remotely. You'll be responsible for building scalable web applications, contributing to back-end logic, and crafting dynamic front-end interfaces.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain robust web applications using Python (Django/Flask/FastAPI) and React

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features

Design and implement RESTful APIs and manage databases

Work on end-to-end project cycles from backend logic to frontend rendering

Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems

Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Full-Stack Developer (3+ years preferred)

Proficiency in Python and one or more backend frameworks (e.g., Django, Flask)

Strong frontend experience with React (Vue.js experience is a plus)

Familiarity with PostgreSQL, MySQL, or similar relational databases

Experience in API design and integration

Problem-solving mindset and the ability to work independently

Willingness to work in a hybrid setup (on-site presence required 2–3 days/week)

Preferred Qualifications:

Familiarity with modern DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines

Understanding of microservices architecture

Experience with TypeScript is a plus
