Job Description:

Speecto Solutions is currently seeking a Quality Engineer with a background in software engineering to join our dynamic team in Faisalabad. The ideal candidate will be a BSCS graduate with strong communication skills and a keen eye for detail. This role requires both manual and automated testing skills to ensure the quality and performance of our software products.

Responsibilities:

  1. Design and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for web and mobile applications.
  2. Identify, document, and track software defects using issue tracking tools.
  3. Perform both manual and automated testing across multiple platforms.
  4. Collaborate closely with developers to ensure issues are resolved quickly.
  5. Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes and procedures.
  6. Ensure that delivered products meet functional and non-functional requirements.
  7. Communicate with clients.
  8. Lead UI/UX design process.

Minimum Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (BSCS), Information Technology (IT).
  2. 3-4 years of experience.
  3. Strong command of spoken and written English.
  4. Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle and QA methodologies.
  5. Familiarity with testing tools such as Selenium, Postman, JIRA, or similar.
  6. Ability to write basic test automation scripts is a plus.
  7. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  8. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
