Location: Hybrid, 3 days onsite & 2 days WFH (Atheneum, Lahore, Model Town)

THE OPPORTUNITY

The Role:

  • Manage survey research projects, oversee timelines, milestones, and execution, including project communications, programming liaison, data review and cleaning, and revenue reporting.
  • Design research and recruitment strategies for projects.
  • Manage project profitability and improve conversion rates.
  • Ensure compliance adherence.
  • Suggest resource allocation strategies to improve efficiency.

Personal Requirements:

  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Meet strict deadlines.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to analyze data for main trends.
  • Prioritize and execute tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Position Requirements:

  • University Degree in Management or Social Sciences.
  • English business fluency.
  • 2-3 years of Market Research experience, preferably with multinational clients.
