Site Support Executive

Key Responsibilities:
  • Progress Updates: Ensure timely communication of project progress to immediate supervisors.
  • Tech Collaboration: Work closely with technical team leads to resolve complex issues and develop strategies for improvement.
  • Vendor Relationships: Foster strong relationships with vendors at project sites to ensure seamless execution.
  • Project Oversight: Oversee the installation, documentation, and ATP of central region projects.
  • Customer Support: Provide exceptional 24/7 assistance to customers.
  • Pre-Site Surveys: Conduct thorough pre-site surveys and offer hands-on experience for first- and second-level support on MSC Level.
Requirements:

We are seeking candidates with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience. A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to work independently are essential skills for this role.
