About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and result-oriented Account Executive – Digital Marketing to drive sales of digital marketing services, including SEO, PPC, Social Media Marketing, Content Marketing, and Email Marketing. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in digital marketing sales and a solid understanding of online advertising strategies to acquire, manage, and grow client accounts.


Key Responsibilities
  • Identify, prospect, and close new business opportunities for digital marketing services.
  • Develop customized proposals aligned with client goals (lead generation, brand awareness, ROI).
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to maximize upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure smooth campaign execution.
  • Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools and provide performance reports to clients.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.

Requirements

Education: Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.


Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing sales (agency experience preferred).


Skills & Competencies
  • Strong sales acumen with excellent negotiation, presentation, and client management skills.
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing channels: SEO, PPC, Social Media Ads, Content & Email Marketing.
  • Knowledge of analytics and campaign performance metrics.

Tools Expertise (Hands-on Required)
  • CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho).
  • Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads.
  • SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz).
  • Email Marketing Platforms (Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign).

Performance Goals / KPIs
  • Revenue Growth: Achieve monthly revenue targets ($5K+ in closed deals).
  • Client Retention: Maintain a retention rate of 85%+.
  • New Client Acquisition: Secure at least 8 new clients per quarter.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Maintain a CSAT score of 90%+.
