  • THIS IS AN ONSITE POSITION. NO REMOTE WORK.

We are currently seeking Customer Sales Representatives (DAY Shift) in Lahore. This role involves prospecting and up-selling, managing outbound and inbound calls with clients. Successful candidates should be social, analytical, quick learners, and able to communicate clearly and effectively. The ideal candidate will engage with customers, maximize value, and develop strategies to grow our customer base and increase sales revenue per order.

Salary Range: Rs. 35,000 to Rs. 45,000 plus incentives per upsell

Work Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Monday to Saturday

Responsibilities include:

  • Develop and manage client portfolios
  • Drive business growth and profitability through upselling
  • Analyze customer data to enhance experience
  • Upsell across all brands
  • Achieve monthly targets for sales, upselling, returns, and cancellations
  • Conduct product demonstrations for customers
  • Improve onboarding processes
  • Evaluate and enhance tutorials and communication infrastructure
  • Mediate between clients and the organization
  • Handle customer requests and complaints
  • Follow up on sales, courier tracking, and returns

Qualifications and Skills:

  • 2-3+ years proven experience in customer success, service, sales, or communications
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Highly organized, able to multitask, proactive, and self-driven
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; leadership qualities a plus
  • High computer literacy; quick to learn new software
  • Knowledge of customer success processes and document creation
  • Patient, active listener, passionate about sales
  • Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
  • At least 2 years of successful revenue-based sales experience
  • Understanding of data protection technologies
