StrategistIoT is a comprehensive Performance Marketing and Big Data information service provider based in Lahore. We specialize in Digital Marketing, Big Data collection, mining, application, and services in international trade and B2C products (both local and global outreach). Our goal is to promote services through industry and business consultation, offering total solutions for local and overseas marketing across various categories.

  • Candidates should have their own laptop.
  • Language preference: Professional English and Arabic (Saudi and UAE dialects).
  • This position is available for immediate hiring within 2-3 days.
  • Candidates living in or near DHA Lahore will be preferred; our office is in DHA Phase 4.
  • This is an onsite job. No work from home allowed.

We are currently looking for a Customer Sales Representative (Day Shift) in our Lahore office. This role involves prospecting and upselling, managing outbound/inbound calls to clients. Successful candidates should be social, analytical, quick learners, and effective communicators. The ideal candidate will engage with customers, maximize value, and develop strategies to grow our customer base and increase sales revenue per order.

Salary Range: Rs. 35,000 to Rs. 45,000 base pay plus incentives on upselling.

Work Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Monday to Saturday.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage client portfolios.
  • Drive business growth and profitability through upselling.
  • Analyze customer data to enhance customer experience.
  • Upsell across all brands.
  • Achieve monthly targets for sales, upselling, returns, and cancellations.
  • Conduct product demonstrations for customers.
  • Improve onboarding processes.
  • Evaluate and enhance tutorials and communication infrastructure.
  • Mediate between clients and the organization.
  • Handle and resolve customer requests and complaints.
  • Follow up on sales, courier tracking, and returns.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • 2-3+ years proven experience in customer success, service, sales, or communications.
  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • Highly organized with multitasking ability. Self-driven and proactive.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Leadership qualities preferred.
  • High computer literacy and quick to learn new software.
  • Knowledge of customer success processes and experience in document creation.
  • Patient, active listener, with a passion for sales.
  • Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Over 2 years of successful revenue-based sales experience.
  • Understanding of data protection technologies.
