The Content Marketing Manager will be the key driver in the development of Nadcoms Digital marketing initiatives in creating compelling content, managing digital social presence and ensuring marketing plans are delivered within budget and on-time.

You will be handling both creative and distribution elements of our marketing needs. This role requires you to be a self-starter and flourish with confidence in your professional work ethic, English literacy, communication, organisation and documentation.

Create: 50%

  • Writing ghost articles for lead consultants
  • Writing copy for marketing collaterals including blogs
  • Proofreading client-ready documents prior sending to client
  • Working closely with the Digital Designer/Developer to create well designed marketing material

Digital: 20%

  • Publishing and sharing content via online marketing channels
  • Optimising website blogs and static pages with new SEO best practices to help with boosting Nadcoms Digital online search presence
  • Owning monthly newsletter email sends
  • Using data analytics to optimise online marketing activities

Management: 30%

  • Development and ownership of brand guidelines and consistency
  • Owning the development and delivery of Nadcoms Digital marketing content plan
  • Owning the development and delivery of internal marketing campaigns
  • Owning the development of marketing collateral
  • Owning the development and delivery of service specific blogs
  • Owning the development and delivery of internal employees social post request
Job Specification

Experience Required:

  • Minimum of 3 years content writing experience in English
  • Management of marketing development
  • Experience in working with designers
  • Excellent documentation and team communication skills
  • Excellent English oral and written skills

Please note: Interview process will consist of an interview and then successful candidates will be requested to complete a 0.5hr presentation to talk through previous content written work.
