We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Book Project Manager to oversee the entire lifecycle of our eBook projects—from concept through to publication. This role involves coordinating with authors, editors, designers, and marketing teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality digital content. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, as we are open to nurturing new talent with strong organizational and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, coordinate, and manage eBook projects, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as authors, editors, designers, and marketers to ensure project goals are met.
  • Track project progress, identify risks or issues, and implement solutions to keep projects on schedule.
  • Ensure eBooks meet quality standards and are optimized for various digital formats (EPUB, PDF, Kindle, etc.).
  • Maintain clear communication with all stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status.
  • Document project scope, timelines, deliverables, and post-project evaluations.
  • Stay current with digital publishing trends and tools to improve project workflows.
  • Support marketing and launch activities by coordinating timelines and deliverables.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
  • Basic understanding of digital publishing formats and tools is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
  • Proficiency with project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello, MS Project) is desirable.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and deadlines.
  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline; fresh graduates with relevant skills and enthusiasm are encouraged to apply.
