At DOSbnb, we provide full-service property management solutions for short-term rental operators and Airbnb hosts. Our mission is to help property managers scale profitably by taking over daily operations, guest communication, pricing strategy, and financial reporting. We're now expanding our sales efforts and looking for a strategic, hands-on Sales Manager to lead and grow our outreach-driven sales team.

Job Summary

We are seeking a results-oriented Sales Manager to lead, optimize, and execute high-impact sales outreach campaigns. This role is primarily responsible for managing outbound sales efforts, converting qualified leads via Zoom calls, and driving new client acquisition. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in outbound B2B sales, is comfortable with both strategic planning and hands-on execution, and has prior experience with cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach.You will begin with one sales outreach specialist reporting to you and will have the opportunity to grow and build a high-performing sales team as we scale.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and manage outreach-driven sales campaigns across channels: cold calling, cold emailing, and LinkedIn.
  • Conduct Zoom-based sales meetings and closings with qualified prospects, articulating DOSbnb's value proposition clearly.
  • Develop and optimize outreach scripts, sequences, and KPIs to improve lead generation and conversion rates.
  • Coach and manage a growing sales outreach team, starting with one sales specialist.
  • Track pipeline performance and maintain detailed records using CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations to align messaging with our service offerings and target audience.
  • Report weekly on outreach results, pipeline updates, and closing metrics to senior leadership.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends and competitor strategies to position DOSbnb effectively.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in outbound B2B sales, business development, or SDR/BDR management.
  • Proven success in closing deals via Zoom or other remote meetings.
  • Experience managing or mentoring sales reps or outreach specialists.
  • Strong knowledge of cold outreach strategies via email, phone, and LinkedIn.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proficient in using CRMs and sales automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Apollo, Instantly.ai, etc.).
  • Self-starter with strong time management skills and ability to meet KPIs in a remote work setting.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in SaaS, property tech, or service-based B2B industries.
  • Previous experience building or scaling an outbound sales team.
  • Understanding of the short-term rental or Airbnb ecosystem is a plus but not required.
