Position Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager who will be responsible for driving sales initiatives, managing our sales team, and implementing effective strategies to achieve sales targets. This role demands a proactive leader who combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution to foster growth and maintain the highest standards of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives.
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations.
  • Understand category-specific landscapes and trends.
  • Report on forces that shift tactical budgets and strategic direction of accounts.
  • Manage a team of sales representatives; define expectations, provide leadership and support, and evaluate performance regularly.
  • Prepare sales reports and forecasts and present the findings to senior management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • Proven sales executive experience, meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Previous experience as a sales manager or sales and marketing manager, ideally in real estate or related sectors.
  • Ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
  • Strong business sense and industry expertise.
  • Excellent mentoring, coaching, and people management skills.
  • Highly motivated with a drive to succeed and a passion for sales.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
