  2. Engage with customers through comments, direct messages, and queries on social media.
  3. Handle incoming sales inquiries and assist customers in making purchases.
  4. Maintain product knowledge and provide accurate information to customers.
  5. Develop creative content ideas for marketing campaigns.
  6. Analyze video performance and suggest improvements for better engagement.
  7. Coordinate with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction.
