Job Responsibilities
  1. Responsible for acquiring business through different channels (Guru, PPH, UpWork, Freelancer, etc.) for web design and development.
  2. Perform pre-sales and post-sales activities related to graphics, web design/development, animation projects, requirements gathering, and/or project coordination.
  3. Writing proposals and customizing each proposal based on the nature of the project.
  4. Market Company's web services to a wide range of prospects.
  5. Understand prospects' work problems; propose technical solutions to those problems by coordinating with the technical team and submitting relevant service proposals.
  6. Follow up with prospects by phone, email, and instant messengers to answer any additional questions and eventually convert them into customers.
  7. Maintain close contact with all assigned customers; ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
  8. Effectively follow the company's defined processes for sales, service delivery, and payments.
  9. Coordinate with various team members and departments to ensure effective delivery of company services.
  10. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales revenue targets.
  11. Maintain customer correspondence and records effectively.
  12. Negotiate the terms of an agreement and close sales.
  13. Review your own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets.
  14. You may also be involved with identifying new markets and business opportunities.
