WORK expands again and we are hiring for 300 Open Positions in Sales for our existing and newest site. We are hiring the best salespeople in the industry, situated within the twin Cities of Rawalpindi and Islamabad. If you are or know the Best Closers, SDRs, Account Executives, or Product Specialists, then this is for you.

Location 1: Civic Center, Bahria Town Phase 4, Rawalpindi

Location 2: Marvel Arcade, Gulberg Greens, Islamabad

Shift: Night Shift (7 PM – 5 AM)

What You'll Do:

  • Engage prospects through warm and inbound calls to discuss final expense coverage
  • Educate clients on plan options, benefits, and pricing to address their specific needs
  • Overcome objections with empathy and professionalism, guiding clients to a confident buying decision
  • Consistently meet or exceed individual and team sales targets
  • Accurately document call outcomes and maintain up‑to‑date client records in our CRM
  • Maintain Monthly and Weekly Goals

What We're Looking For:

  • 1–2 years of proven experience in tele sales or insurance closing (final expense experience a plus)
  • Exceptional verbal communication and active listening skills in English
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities, with a client‑centric mindset
  • Comfortable working nights (7 PM–5 AM) in a collaborative office environment
  • Ability to work in a high-pressure and fast-paced environment
  • High level of integrity, reliability, and self‑motivation
