We are looking for Purchase Asssistant for our manufacturing industry client based in Lahore.

Job Specification
  • To receive the purchase indent from the factory and record it into the purchase indent register.
  • To check the indent against the list of approved vendors, and prepare appropriate purchase order.
  • To ensure proper delivery of the purchase order to the vendor through mail or fax.
  • Monitor the receipt of goods from the vendors according to the schedule.
  • To check the material provided by the vendors and dispatch to the factory where applicable.
  • To updates the purchase indent register according to the GRIR received from the factory.
  • In case of general purchase, to purchase the item on cash from the morale and send to the factory.
  • To assist manager purchase and purchase officers re-evaluation of vendors and preparation of vendor re-assessment form (VRF) PUR-004
  • In case of important material to note the particulars of the indent in the import indent register.
