Union Steel Industries (USI) is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Engineer to join our commercial team. The ideal candidate will combine technical knowledge of steel products with strong sales and relationship-building skills to promote and sell rebar solutions to contractors, consultants, and infrastructure developers.

Union Steel Industries (USI) is one of Pakistan's fastest growing and leading steel manufacturers with an integrated offering. From humble beginnings with a single plant commissioned in 1980, we are now one of the few steel manufacturers in Pakistan with a fully automatic European state-of-the-art plant that has a total rolling capacity of more than 200,000 tonnes per annum.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the construction and infrastructure sectors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, contractors, consultants, and distributors.
  • Provide technical support and product recommendations based on customer needs.
  • Conduct site visits, presentations, and product demonstrations.
  • Prepare and follow up on quotations, tenders, and proposals.
  • Monitor market trends, pricing, and competitor activities.
  • Collaborate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to company growth.

Qualification/ Skills Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil/Mechanical/Metallurgical preferred).
  • 3–5 years of sales experience in steel/rebar or construction materials.
  • Strong technical understanding of steel grades, specifications, and applications.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
