Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Manager to oversee and optimize our business processes. The ideal candidate will be skilled at multitasking, cross-functional collaboration, and maintaining operational efficiency to support business needs. Prior experience in a similar role is required.

Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain business standards for accuracy, productivity, and reliability
  • Manage daily operations (e.g., updating CRM, tracking KPIs, monitoring campaign status)
  • Conduct annual performance reviews and identify areas for process improvement
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory, legal, and company policies
  • Manage budgets and resources to align with business goals
Work Schedule
  • On-site, 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM (Night Shift)
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask effectively
  • Comfortable working with multiple business units
Compensation
  • Salary: PKR 40,000 – 70,000 / month (based on experience & performance)
