Key Responsibilities

1. Perform preventative maintenance, diagnostics, troubleshooting and repairs on HVAC systems.
2. Accurately document services performed and materials used.
3. Stay updated on industry standards and maintain compliance with safety protocols.

Qualifications

1. Knowledge of HVAC tools, equipment, and system diagnostics.
2. Proven experience in HVAC servicing.
3. EPA Certification (required).
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Dependable, punctual, and motivated with a team-focused mindset.
6. Clean driving record and reliable transportation.
7. Ability to pass a background check, drug screen, and reference check.
