Job Overview

The Operations and Maintenance Analyst position involves overseeing the continuous monitoring of operations and maintenance activities to ensure optimal system performance and regulatory compliance.

This role requires analyzing operational data, generating timely reports, identifying trends or anomalies, and supporting the maintenance team with insights for decision-making and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement strategies for integrating SCADA and reporting platforms
  • Monitor real-time and historical performance data from O&M systems (SCADA, CMMS, etc.)
  • Support the development of automated reporting tools for performance metrics and service logs
  • Collaborate with field technicians to ensure timely execution of preventive and corrective maintenance
  • Track service tickets and ensure resolution
  • Generate daily, weekly, and monthly performance and maintenance reports
  • Identify operational issues, inefficiencies, or performance degradations
  • Coordinate with maintenance teams to schedule inspections or corrective actions
  • Maintain accurate logs of maintenance activities, faults, and repairs
  • Support root cause analysis and incident reporting processes
  • Ensure data quality and consistency across monitoring systems
