We're looking for a driven Sales & Digital Marketing Specialist who can generate leads, convert prospects, and boost our brand visibility across digital channels. The ideal candidate should have experience using lead generation platforms like Bark, Upwork, or Freelancer, along with strong skills in digital campaign execution. If you're a self-starter who can hustle for leads and market smartly — this role is for you

Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively generate and follow up on leads through platforms such as Bark, Upwork, Freelancer, and LinkedIn.
  • Reach out to prospects via email, call, and chat to pitch our services and close deals.
  • Manage the full sales pipeline — from initial contact to final conversion.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
  • Use CRM tools to track leads, deals, and communication.

Digital Marketing:

  • Plan and run paid marketing campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook/Meta Ads, and LinkedIn.
  • Create and publish engaging content for social media, email campaigns, and blogs.
  • Optimize campaigns based on performance metrics (CTR, CPL, ROAS).
  • Monitor SEO and implement on-page/off-page improvements.
  • Analyze marketing data using tools like Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in sales and digital marketing roles.
  • Hands-on experience with lead-gen platforms like Bark, Upwork, or similar.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency with digital tools (Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Canva, Mailchimp, etc.).
  • Working knowledge of SEO, email marketing, and analytics tools.
  • Organized, self-motivated, and able to work with minimal supervision.

Nice to Have:

  • Prior experience in B2B service or SaaS sales.
  • Understanding of automation tools like Zapier or CRM automation workflows.
  • Familiarity with proposal writing and quoting on freelance platforms.
