You must be passionate to deliver exceptional products, collaborate with cross functional teams and shape our service in an extravagant roadmap.

Job Responsibilities

  • Work closely with your teams
  • Look at user feedback to help improve the product
  • Work with designers to make the product easy to use
  • Develop business cases and user stories for new features
  • Work with the design team to draft versions of your product or service
  • Keep people informed about your product's development
  • Manage relationships between teams, partners and customers
  • Take overall responsibility for the success of your product
  • Contribute towards product strategy and vision
  • Meet regularly with all stakeholders, including product developers, marketing, customer service, finance and company heads
  • Collect, analyze and respond to user feedback
  • Manage one or more budgets
  • Gather and evaluate ideas and opinions
  • Plan new features and changes to a product
  • Demonstrate new ideas and features to stakeholders
  • Create timelines and roadmaps for developing the product
  • Attend conferences and events related to a product or sector
  • Implement or support marketing campaigns
  • Create and oversee development and project management processes
  • Inspire and enthuse colleagues and users of the product
  • Learn about users and a product's market
  • Research competitors and similar products

Qualification

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing or a related field
  • Proven track record of successful service delivery and management
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills to assess market trends, user needs and business opportunities
  • Ability to conduct market research, analyse trends and identify opportunities for service improvement
  • Skill in gathering and analysing user feedback to inform product enhancements and iterations
  • Proven ability to collaborate with cross functional teams, including development, design, and marketing
