Job Description
Translation Empire PK is looking for a Product Manager to oversee the full lifecycle of our product or service, from initial concept to launch and ongoing maintenance. This role involves driving development, managing go-to-market strategies, and ensuring continuous improvement to meet business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with company goals and market opportunities.
  2. Develop and prioritize a product backlog based on business value, user needs, and technical feasibility.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to deliver high-quality products on time and within budget.
  4. Serve as the primary liaison between stakeholders and development teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment on goals.
  5. Define product requirements, create user stories, and specify key performance indicators (KPIs) for product success.
  6. Develop and oversee product training and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
  7. Monitor pre- and post-launch performance, gathering feedback for continuous improvement.
  8. Regularly review and analyze product performance, customer feedback, and market trends.
  9. Identify opportunities for enhancements, updates, or retirement of products and services as needed.
  10. Ensure seamless integration of customer feedback into future product iterations.
  11. Act as the product's primary advocate, ensuring alignment between customer needs, business objectives, and technical capabilities.
  12. Manage live systems including deployment and backup on live servers.
  13. Design and manage Database for new/current systems.
  14. Code management for all the projects being developed, TFS repos creation, users and roles management.
  15. Design/Create/Review technical documents.
  16. Create technical workflows and wireframes.
  17. Review development work with the scrum team.

Qualification and Experience:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA or equivalent experience is a plus.
  2. Proven experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or a similar role in product development.
  3. Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and software development lifecycle (SDLC).
  4. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  5. Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
  6. Proficiency in product management tools such as JIRA, Trello, or similar platforms.

Work mode: Work from Office.

Shift Time: 10am-7pm.

Location: DHA Sector F Rwp.
