Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Senior Lead Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in graphic design, UI/UX, videography, and effective presentation techniques. You will play a key role in shaping our visual identity and enhancing user experiences across digital platforms. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee the design process from concept to completion, ensuring high-quality output across all projects.
  • Develop and execute innovative design concepts using Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, and After Effects.
  • Create intuitive, user-friendly interfaces and experiences using Figma and Webflow, ensuring alignment with best practices in UI/UX design.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and marketing, to deliver cohesive design solutions that meet business objectives.
  • Guide junior designers and provide mentorship, fostering their growth and encouraging collaboration within the design team.
  • Conceptualize, produce, and edit engaging video content for marketing, training, and promotional purposes, leveraging expertise in videography.
  • Prepare and deliver impactful presentations that communicate design concepts and strategies to stakeholders.
  • Stay updated on the latest design trends and technologies, advocating for innovation within the team.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of professional design experience, with a portfolio showcasing a range of design projects.
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects) with a strong emphasis on motion graphics and video editing.
  • Proficient in Figma and Webflow for UI/UX design with a solid understanding of responsive design principles.
  • Strong knowledge of videography techniques, including shooting and editing, and comfort with presentation design and delivery.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design concepts clearly and effectively to diverse audiences.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive and positive attitude, with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
