We are looking for an experienced Senior Digital Marketing Team Lead to drive our marketing strategies and enhance our brand presence.

Job Summary:

As a Senior Digital Marketing Team Lead, you will be responsible for developing and executing high-impact digital marketing campaigns. You will lead a team of marketing professionals, collaborate with other departments, and leverage data-driven insights to optimize marketing performance and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies across multiple channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Lead and mentor a team of digital marketing specialists, providing strategic guidance and performance feedback.
  • Oversee the creation of engaging content that aligns with the brand's voice and business objectives.
  • Analyze digital marketing performance metrics and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Manage paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, social media ads) to maximize ROI.
  • Optimize website and landing pages for improved conversion rates and user experience.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with designers, developers, and sales teams to ensure alignment with marketing goals.
  • Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Manage marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective campaign execution.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong expertise in SEO, SEM, PPC, social media marketing, and content strategy.
  • Proficiency in marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.).
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot, Marketo, or Mailchimp.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with B2B and SaaS marketing.
  • Knowledge of graphic design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) for content creation.
  • Google Ads and HubSpot certifications.
