Job Description:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing intuitive, user-centered digital experiences across web and mobile platforms. You will work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to translate user needs and business goals into compelling design solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability testing to inform design decisions
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that effectively communicate design ideas
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction and user experience
  • Design user interfaces that are visually appealing, consistent, and aligned with brand guidelines
  • Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g., responsiveness, accessibility)
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies
  • Iterate designs based on user feedback and data insights

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar
  • Understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices
  • Familiarity with HTML/CSS and responsive design is a plus
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Attention to detail and a passion for creating great user experiences

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in Agile development environments
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG)
  • Ability to conduct and analyze user research and usability testing
