RESEARCH & CONSULTING WORLD PK is an organization focused on helping private and public sector firms optimize their operational environments through research, benchmarking, consulting, and managed services. The company specializes in Information Technology providing App Development, Website Development, Software Development, Custom CRM Development, E-Commerce and Digital Marketing. The organization is based in Lahore.

Job Summary:

As a Sales Representative, you will be an integral part of our B2B sales efforts in local markets. Your primary responsibility will be to actively seek out and engage potential clients, presenting them with our products/services, and fostering strong business relationships. You will work closely with the Sales Team Lead to achieve sales targets, while continuously striving to provide excellent customer service to our clients. Area coverage, Lahore and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities:

  1. Identify, prospect, and qualify potential B2B clients, including cold-calling, networking, and leveraging online resources.
  2. Effectively communicate the value proposition of our products/services to potential clients, understanding and addressing their specific needs.
  3. Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline, tracking and managing leads throughout the entire sales process.
  4. Collaborate with the Sales Team Lead to create and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  5. Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and sales meetings with potential clients either in person or through virtual channels.
  6. Negotiate and close sales agreements, ensuring the terms are mutually beneficial for both the client and the company.
  7. Keep up-to-date with industry trends, market dynamics, and competitors to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
  8. Provide accurate and timely sales reports, forecasts, and other relevant data to management.
  9. Build and maintain positive relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
  10. Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as marketing, product development, and customer support to enhance the overall customer experience.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  2. Proven track record of 1 to 2 years in B2B sales, preferably with experience in IT sector.
  3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  4. Strong self-motivation and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  5. Results-oriented with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  6. Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales-related tools.
  7. Willingness to travel to other cities for business purposes, if required.
  8. Multilingual skills are desirable but not mandatory.
  9. Solid knowledge of MS Office Suite, CRM systems, and related software.

Compensation:

We offer a competitive base salary after successfully completing the probation period with an attractive commission structure. Payments towards approved Fuel quota. Paid for learning & training program for self-development and skills enhancement.
