We are looking for someone with extensive experience in ERP integrations, particularly with Dynamics NAV and Lanham EDI, though these are not strict requirements. Responsibilities:
  1. Map and test new trading partners to ensure successful integrations.
  2. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to failed EDI transactions.
  3. Assist Customer Service in managing problematic EDI orders.
  4. Establish and maintain FTP, AS2, and API connections.
  5. Support internal teams with EDI HQ and VL Trader platforms as needed.
Requirements:
  1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in EDI and ERP integration.
  2. Proficiency with Dynamics NAV and Lanham EDI is highly desirable.
  3. Familiarity with EDI HQ and VL Trader is a plus.
  4. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  5. Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
  6. Experience in retail and B2B environments is a significant advantage.
