We are seeking a motivated and goal-oriented Business Development Associate with 1 year of experience to help drive company growth and expand our market presence. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and supporting sales and marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with a proactive mindset and a passion for achieving targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and research potential clients, markets, and business opportunities
  • Generate qualified leads through outbound calls, emails, networking, and other channels
  • Schedule and participate in client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to support long-term business growth
  • Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to align outreach strategies
  • Assist in developing sales pitches, proposals, and marketing materials
  • Track and report on key metrics including lead generation, conversion rates, and pipeline status
  • Maintain CRM records and ensure data accuracy and completeness
  • Stay up to date on industry trends, competitors, and market developments

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related discipline
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in business development, sales, or a related role
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong research and analytical abilities
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho)
  • Ability to work both independently and within a team environment

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in B2B lead generation or account management
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and strategies
  • Prior experience in a startup or fast-paced sales environment is a plus
