Location: Remote

Fresh graduates or BS program students from any department are encouraged to apply, regardless of their gender.

Who Should Apply:
  • Candidates with 0-2 years of experience in lead generation or recruitment (fresh graduates are highly encouraged).
  • Individuals who are not currently employed full-time/part-time or enrolled as students.
  • Professionals with an updated LinkedIn profile featuring at least 100 connections.
  • Candidates available to commit 8 hours per day (flexible timing, but consistent effort required).
About the Role:

We're hiring proactive analysts to ethically connect industry experts with clients. This role offers flexible hours and earnings based on successful matches.

Compensation Details:
  • Base Pay: $100 for achieving at least 1 successful submission per day (expert must be freshly signed up).
  • Commission:
    • $1 per submission
    • $100 per credit earned
Working Hours:

Our company operates 19 hours a day from 6:00 AM to 11:00 PM UK time. All activity must be tracked using TopTracker.

Responsibilities:
  • Send outreach emails via Zoho to relevant professionals.
  • Encourage expert sign-ups through professional networking platforms.
  • Review and shortlist expert profiles for client projects.
Qualifications:
  • 0-2 years of experience in lead generation or recruitment (Fresh grads encouraged).
  • An active professional networking profile with a good number of connections.
  • Availability to dedicate 8 hours per day to this role (not suitable for full-time employees or students).
Work Commitment:

You must dedicate 8 hours per day (timing is flexible, but daily effort is required to meet targets).

Understanding Credits & Submissions:
What is a Credit?

A credit is earned when an expert you bring in completes the following steps:

  1. You source and sign up an expert.
  2. The expert completes screening/introductory questions (if required).
  3. The expert is submitted to the client for consideration.
  4. The client books and completes a 60-minute call with the expert.

Each 60-minute call = 1 credit. If the same expert is booked again, subsequent bookings = 0.5 credits.

What is a Submission?

A submission is when:

  1. An expert signs up on our website.
  2. They complete any required screening questions.
  3. Their profile is submitted to a client for consideration.

A submission is only valid if it meets all these criteria.

Requirements:
  • Comfortable working on a commission-based compensation structure in a remote setting.
  • Not a full-time student or employed.
  • Updated LinkedIn account.
  • Must be able to attend 3 days of free training from Monday to Wednesday at 9 pm UK time.
  • Must be able to work for at least 8 flexible hours from a whole day schedule.
  • Education: At least Graduate/Bachelor's degree completed.
  • Access to a stable internet connection and laptop/computer.
