About the Role:
We are looking for motivated individuals to join our remote team as Research Analysts. You will help identify and engage professionals for client projects. This role suits proactive and detail-oriented candidates interested in gaining experience in research and communication.
Compensation:
Monthly compensation based on work hours and performance.

Working Hours:
The shift runs 9 hours per day with a scheduled break, aligned with UK business hours.
Responsibilities:
- Connect with industry professionals through company-approved communication channels.
- Screen and engage potential experts according to project needs.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure quality and deadlines are met.
Requirements:
- 6 months to 2 years of experience in research, recruitment, or lead generation.
- Active professional networking profile preferred.
- Reliable and able to commit consistent daily hours working remotely.
- Self-driven with strong organizational skills.
