Job Description: Customer Service Representative (2 Years Experience)We are currently seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team at Nafay Motors Pty Ltd. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and maintaining a positive company image.
Responsibilities:- Handle incoming calls and inquiries from customers in a professional and timely manner.
- Provide accurate information about our products, services, and promotions to customers.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Process orders, payments, and returns accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to maximize customer satisfaction and sales opportunities.
- Maintain customer records and update databases with relevant information.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their needs are met and provide assistance as required.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance loyalty and repeat business.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Customer Service Representative in the automotive industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
- Proven ability to handle difficult or demanding customers with professionalism and patience.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and customer management systems.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
