Job Description: Customer Service Representative (2 Years Experience)

We are currently seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team at Nafay Motors Pty Ltd. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and maintaining a positive company image.

Responsibilities:
  1. Handle incoming calls and inquiries from customers in a professional and timely manner.
  2. Provide accurate information about our products, services, and promotions to customers.
  3. Resolve customer complaints and issues, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  4. Process orders, payments, and returns accurately and efficiently.
  5. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to maximize customer satisfaction and sales opportunities.
  6. Maintain customer records and update databases with relevant information.
  7. Follow up with customers to ensure their needs are met and provide assistance as required.
  8. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance loyalty and repeat business.
Job Specification:
  1. Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Customer Service Representative in the automotive industry.
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  3. Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
  4. Proven ability to handle difficult or demanding customers with professionalism and patience.
  5. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  6. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and customer management systems.
  7. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  8. Flexibility to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
