Work Schedule: Full-time | 02:00 PM - 11:00 PM PKT

Key Responsibilities
  • Delegate tasks appropriately, encourage collaboration and transparency, and coordinate deliverables to meet quality standards and milestones.
  • Identify and procure resources to meet tactical project specifications.
  • Facilitate sprint planning meetings and daily stand-up meetings for smaller, tactical projects.
  • Provide burndown and other weekly reports.
  • Coach the team on Agile methodologies and ensure the team adheres to the implemented Scrum process.
Mandatory Requirements
  • 2–5 years of experience in an agile Scrum Master role.
  • Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts (e.g., definition of done, user stories, automated testing, backlog refinement).
  • Good knowledge of Agile frameworks and tools: Scrum, Kanban, Azure DevOps, Jira and Confluence.
Details of Requirements
  • Strong expertise in translating business requirements into well-structured user stories that are clear, actionable, and aligned with Agile best practices.
  • Ability to define precise and measurable acceptance criteria to ensure each user story is testable.
  • Proficiency in establishing a clear Definition of Done (DoD) for each user story, covering code completeness, testing, documentation, and stakeholder validation.
  • Effective coordination to deliver high-quality outcomes within timelines and milestones.
  • Experience in sprint planning, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and backlog grooming with data- and results-driven focus.
  • Ability to track progress using metrics such as burndown charts and velocity, and translate insights into improvements.
  • Ability to identify and secure necessary resources to meet tactical project requirements.
  • Familiarity with software development.
