We are Microsoft Solution Partner and implement Microsoft Business software in medium to large organizations, helping clients adapt to the digital world by deploying Microsoft's M365, Azure, and Dynamics 365 ERP and Customer Engagement (CE) software.

About the Role

We seek an experienced Dynamics 365 for Customer Engagement Solution Architect with expertise in solution development and functional analysis within large-scale enterprise Dynamics 365 architecture. The role involves designing and leading the implementation of Dynamics 365 products, collaborating with onshore and offshore teams. Focus areas include customer delivery and presales activities.

Requirements
  1. Deep knowledge of all Dynamics 365 CE modules and experience with earlier versions (2016, 2015, 2013, 2011, CRM 4.0).
  2. Strong implementation background with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Virtual Agents, Power BI, RPA), including relevant Architect certifications.
  3. Understanding of software development lifecycle, including development management, release management, data migration, cut-over planning, and Go-Live support.
  4. Experience with Cloud Storage Services like Azure SQL and Blob storage.
  5. Proficiency with Azure Platform and Integration Services (Logic Apps, Functions, Azure Service Bus).
  6. Experience working with offshore teams and familiarity with Agile methodologies.
  7. Knowledge of marketing products such as Click Dimensions or D365 for Marketing is desirable.
  8. Graduate from a recognized university in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
  9. Minimum 6+ years of experience in implementing large-scale Dynamics CE solutions, with at least 4-5 full-scale industry solutions designed and implemented.
  10. Ability to architect solutions across multiple regions and industries like Banking, Healthcare, etc.
  11. Strong leadership and stakeholder communication skills, including presenting to C-Suite executives.
  12. Experience in digital transformation programs and pre-sales activities.
  13. Ability to lead distributed teams and deliver high-quality solutions.
Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Business, or related field, with 10+ years of experience in cloud/infrastructure, IT consulting/support, systems administration, or architecture.

Responsibilities
  1. Lead delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions.
  2. Serve as SME for technical and functional solutions on the Microsoft platform.
  3. Stay updated on Dynamics 365 & Power Platform features.
  4. Lead knowledge-sharing forums and communities.
  5. Design and develop domain-specific implementations, leveraging out-of-the-box features for competitive advantage.
  6. Identify skill gaps, provide training, and mentor team members.
  7. Develop industry-specific solutions that differentiate our offerings.
  8. Manage business and project risks effectively.
  9. Communicate progress and updates clearly.
  10. Contribute to practice development activities.
  11. Perform additional duties as assigned, ensuring compliance with internal processes and training requirements.
  12. Represent our client professionally at all times.
