Talent Acquisition Specialist - SkyscrapersSkyscrapers is seeking a Human Resources Executive (Talent Acquisition) who excels in both verbal and written English communication. In this role, the individual will play a pivotal role in sourcing, engaging, and hiring top talent to drive our company's success.
Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process.
- Applicants' CV analysis as per job description and company requirements.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings.
- Source and attract qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
- Conduct reference checks, background checks, and other pre-employment screenings as needed.
- Manage candidate communication throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates and feedback.
- Extend job offers and negotiate compensation packages in collaboration with HR and hiring managers.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the recruitment function, including process enhancements, technology adoption, and employer branding efforts.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 6 months to 1 year of experience as a Talent Acquisition Executive, Recruiter, or similar role.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
